Only Farm-Fresh Ingredients

His mother would purchase farm-fresh apples and peaches, and then she would wash and peel them before dicing them. The kitchen would soon be filled with the sweet aroma of apples and cinnamon cooking atop the vintage stove in their little kitchen. Though her daylong efforts would always tire her out, the pantry was well-stocked with tasty jams.

Continuing the Family Tradition

Matthew has carried on his mother's tradition of making fine-tasting premium jams and jellies, out of only the freshest fruits and all-natural ingredients. He works hard to not only follow the family recipes, but also expand on them and create new ones. These are then shared with the nation through the delicious products Jellybear Jelly Company offers.

About Our Owner

As a child growing up in Western New York, our owner and founder, Matthew, remembers watching his mother can some of her family-famous applesauce and homemade peach jellies. She would carefully check each of those canning jars for cracks; many were the same old ones that had served her well during past canning seasons.
